At Art by Fadi, I respect your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit my shop, how I use it, and how I keep it safe.

• Order Information: When you buy a print, I collect your name, billing address, shipping address, and email so I can process your order and send it to you.

• Newsletter: If you sign up for my newsletter, I collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

• Communication: If you contact me for a commission or a question, I keep a record of that conversation to help provide better service.

How is your data used?

• To fulfill and ship your orders.

• To send you updates about your delivery.

• To send you my newsletter.

Who do I share your data with? I do not sell your data. I only share it with the essential services that allow my shop to function:

• Squarespace: My website platform.

• Stripe: My payment processor. I never see or store your credit card details; Stripe handles that securely.

• Brevo: My newsletter provider.

• Shipping Carriers: (e.g., PostNord or DHL) so they can deliver your art to your door.

As a resident of the EU, you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected, or to ask for it to be deleted.
