I want you to be completely happy with the art you choose for your home. Because I handle the fulfilment and quality control of every print myself, I take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Info

Processing times

Every piece of art is printed to order. Once you place an order, it usually takes 3-5 business days for me to prepare, inspect, and package your print for shipping. Note that longer processing times might occur in case I’m travelling.

Shipping Rates

  • Sweden: 75 SEK.

  • The Nordics & EU: 250 SEK.

  • Rest of the world: 250 SEK

Delivery

I primarily ship via PostNord. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Packaging

To ensure your art stays safe, prints are shipped in heavy-duty protective tubes.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Right of Return

I follow the standard EU consumer protection laws. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your print within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

  • Cost: As a small independent business, I cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • Process: To start a return, please email me with your order number.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the print immediately and contact me. I will ensure a replacement is sent out to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.

Commissions & Custom Sizes

Please note that for personal commissions (bespoke projects created specifically for you), the standard 14-day return policy does not apply. These sales are final, though I will always work with you to ensure you are happy with the result.
